Who do we work with?Get in touch with us for an informal chat about any concerns with your speech and language skills. We will ask you to complete a form before advising on the next steps.
We start with an assessment to evaluate your current speech and language skills. This is followed with a report summarising your strengths and weaknesses.
We will recommend next steps based on your initial assessment. In some cases, further therapy may be required to support your speech and language development.
We plan a range of activities, exercises and games designed to target your therapy goals. Parents, partners and other key people are encouraged to take part in the sessions.
Our speech and language therapists provide treatment and support for children and adults with communication difficulties.
We work with children and adolescents aged 2 – 18 who have difficulties with speech, language and communication. These may include but are not limited to the following:

We work collaboratively with staff members to encourage the identification and support of service users with speech, language and communication needs.
We encourage parent and carer involvement throughout therapy as this is essential to long term communication development. We offer specific training such as the The Hanen “It Takes Two to Talk” Program and other bespoke packages.
All therapy is conducted online
We work with English speaking clients worldwide. We are based in the United Kingdom.

Helen is a Speech and Language Therapist and Director of Clear Communication. She qualified from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2013 and has worked with children and adults with communication difficulties for 8 years in the UK and further afield in Thailand. Helen is particularly experienced in supporting parents and is licensed to deliver "It takes two to talk" - The Hanen Programme. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions council (HCPC) and Association of speech and language therapists in independent practice (ASLTIP).
